BUILDING COMMISSIONING
SHARETTE has been providing Building Commissioning Services since May 2007, although Larry Sharette has been providing technical services since 1980. Commissioning ensures the owner gets a complete and operable building by verifying and challenging the building systems. We work with the owner to ensure the design team and contractors meet the project requirements.

Experience: Our hands on experience includes Industrial and Military Installations, Central Plants, Hospitals, Laboratories, Universities, Community Colleges, K12 schools, Office Buildings and Food Service.

Whole Building Commissioning: We provide Building Envelope Commissioning to ensure the building exterior elements provide protection against moisture intrusion, thermal and air barriers that protects energy migration.

SHARETTE Commissioning is small company, although we have the support of prominent Architects, Engineering firms and technical experts. These professionals and technical experts are brought in on an as-needed basis. This allows us to provide expert services to meet the project special needs.
